- Temporary Processing Information -
Between the dates of 30th May 2025 and 4th July 2025 we will not be processing any orders.
If you order between these dates an automatic discount of 25% off your entire order will be applied and the order will be processed as per our usual Processing and Shipping policy from 5th July 2025.
UK Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Standard delivery tracked is £3.50.
- Free Shipping Option: Customers located within a 10-mile radius of our store can select free shipping at checkout.
EU Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping Cost: A flat rate of £13.00 applies for all EU orders for tracked deliveries.
International Shipping (Outside the EU)
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping Cost: A flat rate of £23.99 applies for all international orders outside the EU.

Print on Demand Policy

We want to be transparent with you about how we fulfil orders to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please note that all products sold on our website are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process.
What is Print on Demand?
Print on demand (POD) means that each item is custom printed and created only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and sizes without having to keep large quantities of inventory on hand.
Order Processing Time
Since each item is made to order, please allow additional time for production. The typical production and fulfillment time is 7-14 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. After your order is completed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

No Cancellations or Changes After Order
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, changes to designs, or modifications to shipping information once the order has been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
